Our Story
DrMobilePhone was founded in 2017 by Marek Meder in Clane, Co. Kildare. Before starting DrMobilePhone, Marek worked as an authorized repair technician certified to service devices from brands including Apple, Samsung, and Sony across Ireland. He holds an IPC certificate for motherboard-level component repairs.
The team also includes a quality control specialist who previously worked on the QC line at the same authorized repair centre as Marek, where they were responsible for inspecting devices after repairs and qualifying warranty claims.
Together the DrMobilePhone staff bring a combined 20+ years of hands-on repair industry experience.

›How long does a phone screen repair take?
Most screen repairs are completed in 25–45 minutes. We aim for same-day turnaround on common models like iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel. For less common devices we may need to order parts — we'll confirm the timeline before starting.
›Do you repair water-damaged phones?
Yes. We offer water-damage diagnostics and component-level board repair for phones, tablets and laptops. The sooner you bring the device in, the better the chance of recovery — please do not attempt to power it on or charge it. Please note that water- and liquid-damaged devices aren't covered by our repair warranty.
›What brands and devices do you repair?
We repair all major smartphone brands including Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Sony, Google, and Motorola, as well as tablets, MacBooks, laptops, and desktop PCs. We also offer custom PC builds, hardware upgrades, and data recovery.
›Do you sell Warhammer products in Co. Kildare?
Yes — DrMobilePhone is an official Warhammer stockist in Clane, Co. Kildare. We carry Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, paints, brushes, miniatures, rulebooks, and accessories from Games Workshop.
›Do you offer trade-in for damaged or unwanted phones?
Yes. Even if a repair isn't worthwhile we may still make you a trade-in offer for the device. Bring the phone, tablet or laptop in and we'll assess it and give you a quote on the spot.
›Are repairs guaranteed?
Yes. Our repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. The warranty doesn't cover physical damage (such as a cracked or broken screen) or water- and liquid-damaged devices.
