Description

Armiger Warglaives are nimble and purposeful Knights, possessing exceptional speed that allows them to outpace most vehicles. Eager for glory, their Bondsmen pilots aggressively prowl battlefields ahead of their masters. Their agility, alongside weapons that can melt and carve through heavy armour, makes them fearsome hunters of enemy war engines and hulking monstrosities. This multipart plastic kit builds two Armiger Warglaives, swift walkers for your Imperial Knights armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. They can alternatively be built as Armiger Helverins and fielded as Freeblades for your Space Marines, Astra Militarum, Adepta Sororitas, Adeptus Custodes, Adeptus Mechanicus, or Imperial Agents armies. The kit can also build War Dog Huntsmen, or War Dog Executioners, for your Chaos Knight armies, which can also be fielded as Dreadblades in your Chaos Space Marines, Death Guard, Emperor's Children, Thousand Sons, or World Eaters armies. Armiger Warglaives are capable of butchering entire squads with their reaper chain-cleaver or obliterating enemy armour with their lethal thermal spear. This kit builds two miniatures in any combination of the following options: – Armiger Helverin, armed with Armiger autocannons, and either a Questoris heavy stubber or meltagun – Armiger Warglaive, armed with thermal spear, reaper chain-cleaver, and either a Questoris heavy stubber or meltagun – War Dog Huntsman, armed with daemonbreath spear, reaper chaintalon, and either a diabolus heavy stubber or daemonbreath meltagun – War Dog Executioner, armed with War Dog autocannons, and either a diabolus heavy stubber or daemonbreath meltagun Whichever class you choose to build, you'll have a pair of mighty war machines capable of changing the course of a battle. With different faceplates and armour plating, you'll be able to customise your engine of war. This kit comprises 148 plastic components, 2x Citadel 100mm Round Bases, and 1x Armiger Transfer Sheet containing 277 high-quality waterslide transfers to decorate your miniatures. These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Apostle (Paperback)

A Warhammer 40,000 Novel Cerastes, Dark Apostle of the Word Bearers, is bowed but not broken. He returns to finish what he started – converting a holy Imperial world to the worship of Chaos. READ IT BECAUSE David Annandale brings back Cerastes, star of his short story Sacred Hate, and this time he's filled with righteous vengeance. But has he taken on more than he can handle as he contends with the hated Adepta Sororitas of the Order of the Thorn? THE STORY Legitur is a world devoted to the sacred writings of the Imperial Creed. Endlessly producing mountains of scripture, it considers itself an exemplar of piety. But there are deep secrets here – undreamt of by the ruling Ecclesiarchy, hidden amongst the shadows of the towering paper hives – and one being who was born of these secrets. Cerastes, Dark Apostle of the Word Bearers, has returned to the world he once called home. Though his host has been crushed by the fearsome Palatine Aesura and her Sororitas of the Order of the Thorn, Cerastes’ dark ambition is undaunted. He will have his revenge. He will resurrect the Eightfold Bane. And he will convert the world he despises to the worship of Chaos. Legitur is about to receive the Word, and it will burn with the fires of revolution. Written by David Annandale.
