Frequently Asked Questions
›How much does data recovery cost?
It depends on the device and what's wrong, so we don't list prices online yet. Call us on 089 989 9550 or drop in and we'll give you a quote.
›Do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome for most common repairs such as screen replacements, batteries and charging ports. For anything more complex, please call ahead so we can check parts availability.
›Can you always recover my data?
Not always — it depends on the damage. We'll assess the device and tell you honestly what's possible before going any further.
›What should I do to give my data the best chance?
Stop using the device or drive straight away. Don't install recovery software on it or keep trying to switch it on — that can overwrite or further damage the data. Bring it in as it is.
