Frequently Asked Questions
›How much does a MacBook repair cost?
It depends on the device and what's wrong, so we don't list prices online yet. Call us on 089 989 9550 or drop in and we'll give you a quote.
›Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes — our repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. The warranty doesn't cover physical damage (such as a cracked or broken screen) or water- and liquid-damaged devices.
›Do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome for most common repairs such as screen replacements, batteries and charging ports. For anything more complex, please call ahead so we can check parts availability.
›I spilled something on my MacBook — what should I do?
Turn it off straight away, don't try to charge it, and bring it in as soon as you can. Liquid damage gets worse the longer it sits.
